Empower Foundation in partnership and association with Empower Pragati, implements the vocational skilling programs. The organization works with varied corporate organisations, by effectively executing their CSR initiatives. The organisation has till date implemented the following vocational skilling projects with the support of Empower Pragati and the varied organisations. They majorly are, Castrol India Ltd.’s Eklavya Project, Aircel’s Parivartan project, InterGlobe Technologies’ Irise, InterGlobe Foundation’s Saksham and Asian Paints’ CSR project for the up-skilling of Plumbers and Carpenters in Himachal Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.

Empower Foundation also conducts programs impacting social issues in the field of skill development, women welfare and empowerment, vocational training and education.
