About the project

In partnership with GIZ (German Development Agency), this initiative provided gender-sensitive entrepreneurial training for skill-certified women in Uttar Pradesh's tier II and III cities, creating a supportive environment within traditionally male-dominated business sectors.

The project provided gender-sensitive, entrepreneurial training and related support, to skill-certified women and helped them conceptualize and develop their business ideas.
