Preventive Health

Affordable healthcare is a challenge in India, especially in underserved areas. Empower Foundation improves access through health check-ups, nutrition sessions, and community training. We connect individuals to welfare schemes and offer timely medical support to build healthier communities.

Our Approach

Awareness Sessions

We conduct awareness sessions on nutrition, menstrual hygiene, sanitation, mental health, and lifestyle diseases. These sessions empower communities—especially women and youth—to adopt healthier practices and prevent avoidable illnesses.

Health Check-ups & Screenings

Through on-ground camps and mobile health units, we bring doctors and screenings directly to underserved communities. Early detection of issues such as anemia, diabetes, and hypertension helps families access timely care.

Training & Capacity Building

We build the capacity of frontline workers, sanitation staff, and community leaders. This includes training Safai Mitras on safe waste disposal, educating households on segregation, and empowering women through functional literacy on health and nutrition.

Telemedicine Services

We bridge the gap between communities and qualified doctors by providing tele-consultations. Through technology, even remote areas gain access to timely medical advice, reducing costs and travel time for families.

Linkages to Government Schemes

We actively connect communities to existing government health schemes like Ayushman Bharat and Janani Suraksha Yojana. These linkages ensure access to affordable healthcare and long-term protection.

School & Youth Engagement

By engaging students and young people, we spread awareness at an early age. School-based workshops on hygiene, waste management, and nutrition promote healthy habits that extend to families and communities.

Holistic Well-being

Alongside physical health, we integrate mental health and wellness into our interventions. Sessions on stress management, counselling, and awareness on mental well-being help create a supportive ecosystem.
