Women
Entrepreneurship (Sankalp)
Many women in India participate in economic activity, but their work remains informal, home-based, and constrained by limited business knowledge, market access, and capital. As a result, income remains unstable and enterprises rarely sustain or formalise.
Through Sankalp, we work with women who already have skills or business intent, supporting them to strengthen enterprise practices, understand costs and pricing, access markets, and formalise where relevant. The programme prioritises enterprise viability and income continuity over rapid scaling.
